Pneumatic wind tunnel

The research focus of the Zurich University of the Arts on transdisciplinarity deals with the topic of wind tunnels. They succeeded in inventing a new type of wind tunnel: The wind tunnel, which inflates itself with the drafts of the channel, is a self-contained system. 

The wind tunnel is used for experimental and artistic research projects. 

Basel-based designer Lela Scherrer has created a collection inspired by the air channel. More here
